Return and refund terms

Return:

Returned goods – any goods purchased from our standard stock range, which are innew, unused condition and have all their original packaging – can bereturned to us within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or credit of theoriginal purchase price in full. In these circumstances the cost of returninggoods is the customer’s responsibility.

In any case where goods are returned for any reason, and Duckhams agrees to issuea refund, Duckhams liability is limited to the original purchase price of thegoods. Where the goods are being returned because they are damaged or faulty,incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, we will meet thecost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier. In allcircumstances, customers must contact Duckhams to arrange for goods to bereturned.
